How do I get started?
Sign up for classes and get a free pair of gloves!  There are several classes each week. See our schedule for a list of days and times.  Feel free to pop in for any of our regular classes.

What should I wear/bring?
Loose fitting exercise clothing with gym, wrestling or boxing shoes (non skid soles only).  Also bring water and a towel.

What if I want to sign up?
Register through ILoveKickboxingMeridian.com. Sign up information is explained in person. This will be covered the day you try a class or you may also stop by our school and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

Do I need previous martial arts experience or to be in great shape?
Definitely not!  This is an easily learned system not based on traditional training styles.  In regards to being in shape - you'll get there!
